VR startup Wevr is a producer and distributor of VR content, which is then made available on multiple hardware platforms on Wevr's proprietary distribution channel called Transport. These VR files on Transport can be made publicly available (to everyone) or privately shared (between selected friends and collaborators). Justin's UX work here entailed simplifying the existing distribution path and user flow, with an awareness of system constraints as discussed with technical staff and developers.

Improvements were also designed and implemented for Wevr's native VR menus and interfaces, within the VR space of the headsets.
